| The first question that many potential clients ask us is, "What do you charge?" There are many things to take into consideration when comparing fees of various agencies. Our fee structure is the lowest locally as well as nationally. In the beginning of our relationship we require a $75.00 search fee. The search fee is a one time only fee. If you hire a long term nanny from us we charge a flat fee of 6%, which is well below all other nanny referral services. The referral fee is payable at the time you offer the nanny a job and she/he accepts your offer. This referral fee is based on the cost of doing business and the amount of time we devote to advertising for and screening applicants. We take the safety and security of your family very seriously. If you hire a full time live out nanny and need to replace that person within the first ninety (90) days, we will assist you in locating another nanny at no additional fee. After the first free replacement or after 90 days, we offer a fifty-percent discount ($500 minimum replacement fee) through the first year following the original start date. Replacement Policy: * 90 days free replacement period for full time, live out placements. * No free replacement offered for part time or live in placements. Full time = 35 hours or more per week Higher salaries indicate formal child care education, nanny training, a degree, and/or long term employment history. | Long Term Referral Rates: * $75 search fee * 7% of nanny's annualized salary Babysitter/Nanny Salary and Hourly Rates: * $10.00 to $15.00 per hour is the range that nannies request for temporary, short-term, on-call or full time live out positions. Nannies set their own salary requirements.
